Written proposal
Every line item on paper: materials, coats, timeline, and price. Valid 30 days. Under $15k, approve by text or email — no signature needed. At $15k and up, we prepare an individual contract for that project.

Scheduled & painted
The same owner-led crew that bid the job executes it, with daily updates and a final walkthrough before you pay the balance.
